Don’t Be misled when paying your water bill online (DOXO)

We want you to be aware of a company called Doxo (https://www.doxo.com/info/east-clark-county-water-district), which promotes itself as an official East Clark County Water District bill paysite but is NOT affiliated with ECCWD.

You might stumble upon Doxo by searching terms like “Pay my East Clark County Water Bill.” They appear as an option in the search results and mislead members into thinking they are on our website.

Don’t be misled!
Doxo does an excellent job of branding their site to match ECCWD (and other utilities). While the payment site does work, our members have reported delayed payments, missed due dates, and additional service fees when paying through Doxo. Using East Clark County Water District’s name and logo is unauthorized and makes it appear as if the service is affiliated with ECCWD when it is not. This has caused confusion and created a hassle for some ECCWD members.

This is a reminder to always use ECCWD’s official payment option which is a quick, secure, and convenient way for members to pay their bills and manage their ECCWD accounts.
