East Clark County Water District is a water provider for Clark County. The District was established in 1967. A Board of Commissioners appointed by the County Judge Executive governs the District. The board meets the third Monday of every month at 7:00 pm and the meetings are open to the public. The customer base is over 2500 with a population served of approximately 6700.
